The first part explains what is healthy and balanced eating with specific information about each vitamin and minerals.
The second part of the book teaches you how to make your own diet plan using the recipes of the book with helpful tables and links to calculate your energy requirements.
The Third and core part of the book consists of more than 100 recipes of salads, soups, sandwiches, snacks, juices, main courses and of course sweets, all cooked in a home style easy recipe, healthy and delicious.
Each recipes has a nutrition label analyzing not only the calories per serving but also the protein, carbohydrates, fat and saturated fat in grams and % of daily value.
It’s a 300 page Hard Cover book, full of high resolution pictures for each recipe and cooked in my own kitchen.
